What’s Included?
A port and one IP address (1 per port) out of the prefix that is in use on the Edge-IX Infrastructure is allocated to each member.
All traffic is monitored by the network operations centre and our service desk. Our 24 x 7 engineering team are on hand 7 days a week to update members of any service issues on the Peering LAN.
What are our responsibilities? What are yours as a member?
We deliver Edge-IX as a service from the port to the Edge-IX switch and are responsible for correct functioning of Edge-IX infrastructure between our switches.
You as a member are responsible for setting up your peering arrangements and for correct functioning of your network.
As a member, you must undertake the necessary cabling between your router and the Edge-IX switch port.
