National Edge-IX exchange service allows NWIX’s customers to benefit from cost savings and protection from global cyber attacks
18th April 2011 – Leading infrastructure service provider NWIX, has today announced a nationwide distributed Internet Exchange solution called Edge-IX.
North west-based infrastructure service provider NWIX, has today announced it has passed its ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 recertifications with flying colours.
NWIX builds high performance network solutions, utilising its own national fibre optic infrastructure, for organisations that rely on the Internet to do business and those that need very high bandwidth such as data centres. It has been awarded ISO 9001 since it was founded in 2004 , having realised the importance of quality management systems to its customers and partners. It was also awarded ISO 27001, a standard that is accredited to organisations that have information security under explicit management control.
